Registered Apprenticeship is raising incomes and creating opportunity for hundreds of Rhode Islanders while giving employers access to the skilled workforce they need to drive our economy forward.
From our work with our outstanding construction pre-apprenticeship program graduates working in the trades to our efforts to expand Registered Apprenticeship employment opportunities in the public sector, support training for apprentices in the clean green energy economy, and leverage registered apprenticeship to help solve industry-wide issues, like recovery and mental health, Building Futures counts on deep partnerships that make a profound impact on Rhode Islanders.
